Reference Number 0000346685 It is the intent of Putnam County to perform exterior renovations in two phases at the Board of Elections building at 25 Old Route 6, Carmel, NY per these specifications. Phase I will involve the construction of a building addition. Phase II will involve building skin resurfacing, including the new addition. The work to be performed is to include furnishing all labor, materials and equipment required for all work indicated in the contract documents for this project. All work is to be performed in accordance with the specifications and according to all Federal, State and local building codes.
