Value: $ 106,000.00 The Bid Bond may be forfeited and the proceeds retained as liquidated damages if the bidder fails to execute a contract or file acceptable performance bonds or provide an acceptable certificate of insurance within fifteen (15) calendar days after the acceptance of his proposal by resolution of the Airport Authority. No bidder may withdraw a proposal within ninety (90) days after the date set for opening bids.
