Reference Number 0000346704 18 Mile Road - Hayes Road to Dead End This project includes approximately 27,500 square yards of 3" milling existing pavement, 8,500 square yards of HMA crushing and shaping, 550 square yards of concrete pavement removal/replacement, 2,300 square feet of Sidewalk and Sidewalk Ramp, ADA, Modified, 1,220 feet of curb and gutter removal/replacement and 7,930 tons of HMA placement including adjustments of all necessary storm and utility manholes. General Requirements - Insurance Required - License Required - Local Service Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 %. A satisfactory Bid Bond, Certified or Cashier's Check, Bank Money Order, or Certificate of Deposit on an open, solvent bank in the amount of not less than 5% of the total bid and made payable to the Macomb Department of Roads shall be submitted with each bid. *The MCDR at its discretion reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in the bidding process and to make the award as may appear to be in the best interest of the County of Macomb.
