Reference Number 0000346669 The Denver Zoo invites bidders to submit proposals for Denver Zoo's Preventive Maintenance Service Contract. The Zoo campus encompasses many types of HVAC needs, including various kitchens, staff buildings, back-of-house facilities, and animal areas. Through this solicitation Denver Zoo seeks to establish highly qualified service contractors who can help keep the Zoo running at its best, even in emergency situations. We are looking for contractors who are professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and cost effective to partner with us to meet this important need. The Denver Zoological Foundation is soliciting statements of qualifications and on-call pricing for the services described in this solicitation document. In addition to this document, there are terms and conditions applicable to the solicitation and to the award contained in: (i) the DZF RFQ Terms and Conditions, (ii) the Contractor Agreement Template and On-Call Statement of Work Template, and (iii) any other Appendices to the solicitation.
