Reference Number 0000353389 Delivery Point: Denver, Colorado The City and County of Denver desires to solicit bids relating to the purchase of wood refinishing services for the concert floor and artist risers at Boettcher Concert Hall and the freight elevator and stage base at the Buell Theatre. Scope of Work: This solicitation contains approximately 12,000 sq ft of floor refinishing in the Boettcher Concert Hall and includes refinishing of the Buell Theatre stage base and freight elevator. Nineteen (19) small wood musical platforms and seven (7) large wood musical platforms will also service. Each item will sanding, wood filler (if needed), stain, sealer, and a high traffic polyurethane finish in satin or matte. Due to restrictions of availability in the theatre, work must commence on June 10, 2024 and be completed by June 23, 2024. No extensions of the completion date are available.
