Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Nevada, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Harrington Park Project Work on the improvement shall commence within 10 days of the date specified on the Notice to Proceed. Notice to Proceed shall be no later than June 3, 2024, work shall be substantially complete on or before December 31, 2024, and shall be fully completed on or before March 31, 2025. Damages in the amount of $1,000 per day will be assessed for each day the work remains incomplete. Each bidder shall accompany its bid with bid security, as defined in Section 26.8 of the Iowa Code in an amount equal to 5% percent of the total amount of the bid. The City of Nevada, Iowa reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Engineer's Estimate $626,575.37
