Proposed Street and Parking Lot Improvements - Franklin Street- Keosauqua, Iowa - 2024 The project is located on Franklin Street and the Van Buren County Hospital and consists of approximately 2,200 S.Y. of PCC pavement, 300 S.Y. of PCC shared use trail, and other work associated with street projects. The work under the proposed Contract shall commence upon issuance of the written Notice to Proceed. The proposed street improvements for Franklin Street (Stages 1 and 2) shall be fully completed on or before July 12, 2024, and the remaining project (Stage 3) shall be fully completed on or before October 18, 2024. The Bidder agrees to pay as liquidated damages the sum of $500 for each consecutive calendar day after the specified completion date that the project is not fully completed. Est.
