Westmoreland Pump Station Vertical Turbine Pumps and Motors Pre-Purchase. Question Deadline 04/08/2024 at 5:00 PM CT Questions, explanations or clarifications desired by a Vendor regarding any part of the bid must be requested in writing to the Purchasing Department at online. Email questions to: BRidings@Desototexas.gov. Alternatively Late bids will be returned or destroyed; they will not be opened nor considered in the evaluation of the bid. Bids may be withdrawn at any time prior to the official opening. Bids may not be altered, amended, or withdrawn after the official opening. The undersigned agrees, if the bid is accepted, to furnish any and all items upon which prices are offered, at the price(s) and upon the terms, conditions and scope/specifications contained in this document. The period for acceptance of this bid will be 90 calendar days after the bid opening date. his bid will include the purchase of 6 -250 HP, 3000 GPM pumps and motors and 2-250 HP 3000 GPM pumps and motors. These are pre-purchased materials to be used for the Westmoreland Pump Station Rehab project to be bid later this year. If the City concludes that the rate increase being requested is exorbitant, the City reserves the right to adjust the rate request, or reject the rate request in its entirety and allow the contract to expire at the end of the contract term, Reject or cancel any or all Bids.
