The City of DeSoto Development Services Department is seeking responses to the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from engineering consulting firms, to provide professional services related to the creation of a City Drainage Master Plan. This would include engineering, surveying, and any other design professionals required on the project. It is the intent of the City to select a single consultant to accomplish all the services outlined in this Request for Qualifications. Selected consultant is expected to have a holistic look at the City's drainage issues and provide information on potential solutions and costs so that Drainage Capital Improvement Projects can be planned in the future by City Staff. The project is intended to provide the City with a tool for which to determine and prioritize potential drainage and flooding problems and develop a Drainage Capital Improvements Plan. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
