Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Buckeye, Arizona. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 20,000-square-foot water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Design and construction of a new WRD Field Operations Center (FOC). The FOC will provide a central location for all field personnel not directly assigned to a WRF or a hub water campus. Divisions to be housed at the FOC will include Distribution, Collections, Maintenance, Automation, Irrigation, and Meters. FOC will consist of areas for locker rooms, a kitchen, conference/training rooms, with a room to enact an EOC, a lab, a welding shop, and warehouse/parts inventory. The FOC is estimated to be 20K SF and it will replace the antiquated facilities located at 423 E. Arizona Eastern and Coronado Road to provide room for future utility growth constructed in several phases. The project will construct the half street frontage in conjunction with surrounding development. As of December 4, this project is currently in the City of Buckeye's FY 2026-2030 CIP. Information regarding a design firm and the general contractor selection timeline has not been disclosed.
