This project consists of furnishing all labor, overhead, equipment, materials, incidentals, supervision, insurance, and services necessary for and incidental to maintain the Building Automation System (BAS) and associated controls, devices, and components, located at Jefferson Patterson Park & Museum (JPPM). Contractors may utilize their standard bid form, but please include this filled in and signed IFB. In addition, the contractor will submit: Bid/Proposal Affidavit. Conflict of Interest Affidavit and Disclosure. Proof of manufacturer's training. Company's certificates of insurance. Acknowledgement of receipt of any amendment(s) to this IFB. JPPM will regard any bids from contractors without the required paperwork, received after the due date, or received without the completed IFB as non-responsive. The proposal package must be submitted according to Section III, "Bid Submission Packet", and must include: 1. The Invitation for Bid form. 2. Completed "Bid Affidavit Form". 3. Completed "Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form". 4. Proof of manufacture's training on equipment listed in the Specifications. 5. Current insurance certificates. 6. Completed No Reply Form if not bidding. 7. Acknowledgement of receipt of any amendment(s) to this IFB. Please supply a letter on the company's letterhead acknowledging receipt of amendments. This Contract is for a period of one year, beginning July 1, 2024, and ending June 30, 2025.
