Completed plans call for the demolition of a pre-engineered storage facility; for the construction of a 3,952-square-foot, one-story above grade pre-engineered storage facility; for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility; water / sewer project; and 798-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility.

Demolition of three existing wood frame buildings, construction of a crushed rock and granular base course foundation pad, rural waterline extension, and the complete construction of a heated equipment storage shed (76 x 52) and attached office lunchroom (21 x 38), at the Manitou Maintenance Yard, Manitou, MB. Remove and dispose of approximately 110 ft of 6 ft chain link fence. Supply and install 80 ft of 6 ft high chain link fence and one 3 ft pedestrian gate c/w 12 barb arms and 3 strands of barbed wire and all other accessories as per attached plan 2015-26. Supply and install 36 ft of vehicle parking fence as detailed on sheet 20 of Plan 2024-01. The entire installation is to be done using best procedures and practices. Complete clean up and removal of all debris from site. Completion Model The Contract Will Be Assessed Liquidated Damages in Accordance With the Specification for Liquidated Damages - Completion Specified by Completion Date. Liquidated Damages The Work Must Be Completed by No Later Than October 11, 2024. Daily Liquidated Damages After This Specified Completion Date Will Be Charged to the Contractor at the Rate of Two Hundred Fifty ($250.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Until the Work is Completed.
