The Iowa Department of Administrative Services will be receiving bids for stormwater drainage and management at the IPI Building located at Mount Pleasant Correctional Facility, 1200 E. Washington, Mount Pleasant, IA 52641 The Iowa Department of Administrative Services anticipates construction to begin on November 1, 2024, and end on January 31, 2025. The Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security as set forth in the Instructions to Bidders in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond, cashier's check or a certified check drawn upon a solvent bank chartered under the laws of the United States of America.
