Washington, Mount Pleasant, IA 52641 The Iowa Department of Administrative Services anticipates construction to begin on November 1, 2024, and end on January 31, 2025. The Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security as set forth in the Instructions to Bidders in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond, cashier's check or a certified check drawn upon a solvent bank chartered under the laws of the United States of America.
