Site work and renovation of a civil project in Mount Pleasant, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The bids are for a single Prime Contract for a chilled water plant upgrade consisting of condenser water tank replacement, pump & VFD replacement, and including miscellaneous piping, control valve and controls updates. Work is anticipated to commence upon award of contract or Notice to Proceed, on or about November 20, 2024, and be substantially complete by April 1, 2025, and as coordinated with Owner based on use schedule, constructed in one phase as shown on the Contract Documents Direct questions to Mitch McColloch, mitch.mccolloch@kedbluestone.com; 515.259.5960. Bid security in the amount of 5% of the total bid in the form of certified check, credit union sharedraft, or surety bond written on an original AIA Document A310, Bid Bond is required for this project, and must be submitted at the time of bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide surety Performance and Payment Bonds in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Sum.
