Said source of material shall have been previously tested and found acceptable under the latest edition of the New York State Department of Transportation "Standard Specifications Construction and Materials" previously referenced, Section 703-02 Coarse Aggregate. Proof of conformance and testing results, from a certified testing agency, must be furnished with a return bid. Owner Rights: The Town of Fallsburg Town Board reserves the right to waive any informality and I or to reject any and all bids offered and to accept that proposal which in its judgment best serves the interests of the Town of Fallsburg.
