The City of St. James Economic Development Authority is requesting "per mow" quotes for lawn mowing and related services for the 2024 and 2025 seasons for properties as identified herein. The lawn mowing services requested shall include lawn mowing, trimming with a weed whip after each mow around all trees, landscaping and other areas as necessary, removing any lawn clippings or debris generated from said mowing as necessary and the removal of any growth in the landscaping area. This does NOT include trimming the bushes or trees, but rather removing any plants, grasses, etc. from the rocked landscaping areas around the buildings. Scope of Services This Request for Quote is for lawn mowing of the EDA apartments located at: o 208-214 4th Avenue North o 1200 - 1206 10th Avenue North o 201/203 4th Avenue North and 402/404 2nd Street North o 1003/1005 2nd Street South and 200/202 Southview Drive o 1004-1010 4th Street South This contract may be extended from year-to-year upon acceptable price and performance. Exact details of the lawn mowing methods and other details shall be coordinated with the EDA Director.
