Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Jamestown, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Remove existing sidewalk, curbs, and stairs to achieve proposed work as outlined in drawings and scope below. Install sidewalks, curbs, stairs, railings, and other site improvements per the attached details. Remove all debris from demolition from site, provide and lay topsoil, grade to new improvements, and seed and straw. Color to be coordinated with owner as close to adjacent stone material as possible. Ramp handrail be 3'-0" above ramp along slope and extend horizontally 1-0" at head and toe of ramp. Color and material to match stair rails. Prebid: (Optional) March 26, 2024 Bids Due: April 4, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. at the Superintendent's office at Jamestown C-1. Be sure to list Base Bid (Includes all work shown), Deductive Alternate #1, Deductive Alternate #2, Deductive Alternate #3(Stone Walls), and Deductive Alternate #4(Metal Railings). Grades shown are approximations and should be used for rough take-off only. Verify and match existing asphalt paving gradesin field. The worksite should be kept clean at all times and existing asphalt paving should be protected from damage. Damage to existing paving to remain will need to be repaired at General Contractors' expense. Photos will be taken of the area of work on the day construction is to begin and shared with the General Contractor for reference. Deductive Alternate #1: Install approximately 160' of 5'-6" concrete sidewalk and turn down curb and gutter per detail B1 on Sheet D1 along East wall of Gymnasium from new entry stairs North to 90-degree sidewalk turn.
