Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Glendive, Montana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
Dawson County Board of County Commissioners is receiving sealed bids for cleaning and painting the exterior of the Richey Senior Center. The project will include power wash of building and trim prior to painting. Minor repairs as needed. Siding and trim will be prepped and painted with a high-quality paint with prior chosen colors. Paint brand and color must be preapproved. Prep work and clean-up will be done by the contractor. All equipment and materials will be supplied by the contractor. Work must not interfere with center operations. Workers compensation or waiver from the State of Montana must be provided. May be subject to prevailing Legals wages. Work must be completed by October 1, 2024. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities, or to accept any bid they deem to be in the best interest of Dawson County.
