Questions regarding this RFP may be submitted to Cynthia Marsh, City Planner, via email at: cmarsh@lodi.gov Questions will be accepted through April 1, 2024, and the City will make the responses to questions available to all parties. Applicants wishing to receive responses to questions directly may submit a request to the Cynthia Marsh to receive all inquiries and City responses. The City of Lodi ("City") owns numerous properties throughout the city. The City is interested in locating programmable electronic message signs on City-owned properties adjacent to public streets as new sources of revenue. This will be an opportunity for a contractor to partner with the City to establish multiple electronic message signs on City-owned properties that will be revenue generators for the contractor. The City will provide sites that that are visible from roadways with high traffic levels. For providing the sites, the City will receive a portion of the advertising revenue from the signs and also a certain amount of display time on the signs on a no fee basis for City events and public information messages. The signs could also be used to assist the public during emergencies. Questions will be accepted through April 1, 2024
