The Town of Pelham is requesting the contracting services of a qualified contractor for the purpose of inspecting approximately 67 km of Town owned concrete sidewalks as required under Ontario Regulations 239/02. This contract will also include the removal of trip Hazards by precision concrete cutting using a wet cut technique or a vacuum type of system to minimize dust. This contract will include the items as is specified in the schedule of quantities. In addition, the successful contractor will be responsible for providing all traffic control and providing a minimum of 24 hours notice to residents within the associated construction limits when access will not be available and/or restricted. This contract will also include the Town option for extension for up to two (2) additional years. Certified cheque, money order or bid bond valued at $10,000.00 required.
