Renovation of a medical facility in Sanford, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Lee County is requesting an informal bid to replace the current HVAC system serving the gymnasium area at the Lee County Daymark Recovery Services building located at 126 Carbonton Rd, Sanford, NC, 27330. The scope of work includes all labor, gas piping, and rigging required for the demolition and proper disposal of the current rooftop mounted HVAC system and the purchase and installation of a TRANE split air conditioner model TTA09043AAAE02P matched with AHRI approved furnaces and coils or a system that is equal. Contractor is responsible for all applicable permits. The new condenser is to be installed on the lower roof next to the gymnasium with all refrigerant lines and electrical power connections made through the gymnasium CMU wall. All new penetrations should be waterproofed. Lee County reserves the right to cancel this order, or any part thereof, at any time without penalty. Such cancellation may be based upon failure of the Seller to comply with the terms and conditions of this transaction, failure to perform the work with promptness and diligence, failure to make shipment within the time specified, or for any other reason which causes the Seller not to perform as agreed
