The work under this contract includes earthwork and grading construction, construction of six interchange flyover ramp bridges, retaining wall construction, pavement construction, storm sewer construction, lighting and Intelligent Transportation Services (ITS) construction, utility conduit and manhole construction, watermain construction, fire suppression system installation, erosion and sediment control, landscaping and traffic control and protection. Location The location of the services to be performed for this contract is the Elgin O'Hare Western Access Tollway (I-490) between Mile Post 3.2 and Mile Post 3.9 and Illinois Route 390 Tollway (IL 390) at Mile Post 17.0 in DuPage County, Illinois.
