Summary
The City of Pasadena will update their existing Local Hazard Mitigation Plan (LHMP), in accordance with the current FEMA Hazard Mitigation regulation and guidance. This will be an update to the existing plan to ensure that it is eligible for approval under the 2023 FEMA Hazard Mitigation regulations and guidance. The LHMP will be researched, facilitated, and drafted by the Contractor, in partnership with the City of Pasadena's Emergency Services Manager and with the assistance of other city staff and in consultation with various community stakeholders.
