Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in York, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

*As of May 3, 2024 this project has been awarded to JVI Group Inc. for $596,661.60* The Owner fully intends to construct the work for which bids are solicited. However, the Owner specifically reserves the right, which all Bidders acknowledge by submission of a bid, to reduce quantities and/or eliminate portions of the project to meet available finances. Reduction of quantities or elimination of portions of the project will not constitute grounds of additional or compensatory charges to the low bidder. Stormwater Replacement With Complete Excavation, Removal, and Replacement of the Existing Roadway and Curb A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to Spring Garden Township Board of Commissioners in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with their bid. Spring Garden Township reserves the rignt to accept any bid or reject any or afl bids. Notice is hereby given to bidders that this project is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15,1961 (Act No. 442, P.L. 987), as amended.
