Site work and paving for a civil project in Forks Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for paving for a road / highway.

All Proposals shall be plainly marked on the outside of a sealed envelope p '2024 FORKS TOWNSHIP WATER SYSTEM IM- PROVEMENTS PROJECT.' A Certified Check, Money Order, or Bid Bond in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the total Bid must accompany each proposal. A Performance Bond, Payment Bond, Certificate of Insurance and other documentation will be required upon awarding the Bid. Easton Suburban Water Authority reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to add, delete, modify or change the Bid quantities as they determine to be in their best interests. Pavement (sub) contractors must be PennDOT prequalified and pavement work must conform to the latest Specifications of PennDOT Publication 408. Quantities may be increased or decreased at the discretion of the Authority and are solely for the purpose p of determining the lowest Bidder. Proposals exceeding g $25,000 will be performed under Prevailing Wage Rates as established by the Pennsylvania Dept. p of Labor & Industry.
