The project includes but is not limited to clearing and grubbing, erosion controls, earthwork, installation of aluminum box culvert, guide rail barrier installation, and pavement and vegetative restoration. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents via the "MessagesNendor Discussions" feature in Penn Bid no later than seven (7) days prior to the date for receipt of bids. Each bid shall be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid total. The bidders' attention is called to the fact that no less than the minimum prevailing wages must be paid on this project and bids shall be prepared in accordance with the bid documents. All Work will be final completed, furnished and in place, on or before June 28, 2024; upon issuance of Notice to Proceed on or before May 3, 2024; and delivery of culvert and head/endwalls by Owner on or before May 31, 2024. Additionally, all work shall be completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 7.11 of the General Conditions on June 28, 2024 All bids shall be irrevocable for 60 days after the bid opening date, with the right to extend the time to 120 days if additional time is required.
