New construction of a mixed-use development in Toronto, Ontario. Design plans call for the construction of a 451,234-square-foot, 44-story above grade, 548-unit multi-residential development; 24,688-square-foot office development; and 11,307-square-foot retail development.
Construction of a 44-storey tower above a 10-storey podium with 548 residential units with approx. 41,781 sq m of residential space + 3,333 sq m of non-residential, including 1,047 sq m of retail space. Project falls into the province's broader Transit-Oriented Communities (TOC) program. Properties are: 1 Jefferson Avenue and 1-1A Atlantic Avenue. TIMELINE: Project planning is ongoing. Community consultation process is ongoing; a revised concept was unveiled by Infrastructure Ontario. Market Offering for a development partner is currently anticipated October 2026 - March 2027. There are currently no tender or construction timelines. Further update at that time.
