Repairs to the damage area to include shoring the header beams during construction, replacement of the CMU wall, replacement of the jamb and trim around both overhead doors, and replacement of the rails and rollers for both overhead doors. The CMU wall is to be replaced in its entirety with a reinforced wall as shown in the detail included with this specification.
