The Town of Plaistow, New Hampshire is requesting proposals for the preparation and maintenance of five recreational ball fields which includes two youth baseball in-fields and three softball in-fields. The proposal should include the preseason preparation in April, and bi-weekly game season maintenance from May to October. The contract period shall be from April 1, 2024, through November 1, 2024. Certificates of insurance required: Comprehensive General Liability to include Workers Compensation Insurance. While the Town intends to enter into one contract for this work, the right is reserved to eliminate item(s) which are included herein. The Town of Plaistow reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or any part thereof, to waive any formality in the process, and to accept the proposal considered to be in the best interest of the Town. Failure to submit all information called for may be sufficient grounds for disqualification. The Town of Plaistow reserves the right to cancel this request at any time for any reason.
