Completion Date: Aug. 30, 2024 The Proposed Work is Officially Known as "2024 Alley Reconstruction Program" and Further Described as Gravel Alley Reconstruction With 8" of Portland Cement Concrete and 6" of Aggregate Base Course (for the Seven Pcc Alleys), Reconstruction With Permeable Pavers and Concrete Drive Aisles (for the One Green Alley), Driveway Removal and Replacement, Aggregate/asphalt/landscaped Shoulders, Ada Improvements, Storm Sewer Improvements, and All Necessary Landscape Restoration as Further Described in the Contract Documents for the Said Work Prepared by Christopher B. Burke Engineering, Ltd. (Cbbel). This is a Project With a Federal Funding Source, Arpa X Invest in Cook, for the Construction of the One Stretch of Green Alleys North of Roosevelt Road Between Newcastle Avenue and Suffolk Avenue.
