**As of April 18, 2024, project was awarded to A. Lamp Concrete, in the amount of $3,698,835.07.** Site Directions: Various alleys throughout the Village of Westchester, 60154. The proposed work is officially known as "2024 STREET PROGRAM" and further described as resurfacing via various grind & overlay and full depth treatments, combination concrete curb and gutter removal and replacement, driveway removal and replacement, PCC sidewalk removal and replacement, storm and sanitary sewer spot repairs and lining, full parking lot pavement reconstruction as alternate bids, and all necessary restoration as further described in the contract documents for the said work prepared by Christopher B. Burke Engineering, Ltd. (CBBEL). Completion- 75 working days
