Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in Westchester, Illinois. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; for site work for a residential development; and water / sewer project.
The Village is soliciting proposals for demolition services to demolish Village property located at 9940 Roosevelt Road, Westchester, Illinois 60154. The building is a 4,800 square foot, one-story building with a basement, previously utilized as office space. It contains various miscellaneous items and furniture related to general office work. Additionally, there is a commercial freezer adjacent to the building, as well as fencing on the property. The successful Proposer will be responsible for the removal and lawful disposal of all such contents in addition to the demolition of the building itself.
