Contractor shall supply all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the work in accordance with the contract specifications. The Work is generally described as follows: 1. West Elkhorn Avenue: 3-inch mill, 3-inch overlay (2 lifts); spot repair curb, gutter, sidewalk, storm sewer, pavement marking and striping. 2. Pine Knoll Drive: complete reconstruction including unclassified excavation, concrete curb and gutter, placement of 6 inches of Recycled Asphalt Pavement, 4 inches of asphalt (2 lifts). 3. E Riverside Parking Lot: 2.5 mill and 2.5 overlay, pavement marking and striping. 4. Stonegate Drive: remove asphalt pavement, unclassified excavation, placement of 6 inches of Recycled Asphalt Pavement, 4 inches of asphalt (2 lifts), pavement marking. 5. Valley View Road: 4 inches of asphalt (2 lifts). 6. Patches: full depth pavement removal and 4 asphalt replacement, unclassified excavation of 6 of material, replace with 6 of Recycled Asphalt Pavement.
