Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Estes Park, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
The Estes Valley Recreation and Park District (EVRPD) is seeking proposals from suitably qualified vendors with a proven track record in the design, installation, and support of audio/visual (A/V) systems. The District is seeking a turnkey solution to upgrade the existing A/V system in the Estes Valley Community Center, located at 660 Community Drive, Estes Park, CO 80517. Some existing equipment may be re-purposed at the bidder's discretion in order to improve the cost-effectiveness of the proposed solution. Sealed proposals should be in an envelope labeled "Audio Visual Upgrades." Estes Valley Recreation and Park District reserves the right to reject any or all, or any part, to waive any formalities, and to award the proposal to the vendor deemed to be in the best interest of EVRPD.
