BC Women's Hospital will be renovating an existing space to house a perinatal mental health and substance use unit. The unit will be approximately 500sqm. TIMELINE: A Request for Proposals to provide prime architectural consultant services for the project was issued and awarded in 2024. As of July 15, 2025, all other timelines regarding tendering and construction of the project are currently unavailable. Further update in fall 2025. *Project budget for complete design, construction, and close out phases is anticipated to be at an order of magnitude of $5M or less.
