Renovation of a medical facility in Vancouver, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

This project is to house 12 ultra-low mechanical freezers (-80C) in room B1-111 located on level B1 of the BC Cancer Research Centre Building, which is located at 675 West 10th Avenue, in Vancouver. The scope shall engulf installing new HVAC equipment in the room also mechanical, electrical, architectural, and structural renovations which are detailed in the included tender package of the project. In addition, the scope includes electrical/mechanical upgrades to connect the new renovations to the base building various systems.
