The building is in a dilapidated condition, and the structure may have been compromised. The scope of work includes structural shoring in the interior of the building to provide safe access, clean up and disposal of all building contents, and abatement of hazardous building materials. The building is presumed to contain disturbed asbestos material and biohazards (sharp objects, used needles, etc.).
