Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Vancouver, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Senakw City-Delivered Triggered Infrastructure Project - Phase 1. The City of Vancouver (the "City") is advancing work for the first phase of transportation improvements required to service the Senakw development (the "Development"). The design includes signal upgrades, full-depth road repaving, and new cycling and pedestrian paths. TIMELINE: Request for Proposals to retain a multi-disciplinary consulting firm or a team of consultants (the "Consultant") with the capability, capacity, and experience to act as the Engineer of Record (the "EoR") to develop a detailed design for civil works, street lighting, traffic signal design with associated electrical work, and green infrastructure has closed. The services provided by the Consultant, as well as the civil work by construction contractors in Kitsilano Point, are cumulatively referred to as the "Project". Consultants must submit and will be evaluated based on one proposal that includes the scope of work outlined in this document. The Services are expected to be completed over a four (4) year period and the work includes detailed design, tender services, construction planning, as well as construction and post-construction services. Further update, pending selection of a preferred proponent.
