The project is located at 11 Rue Laurier St, Gatineau, Quebec J8X 4A6. This pre-qualification process is the first phase of a two-phase procurement process; the second phase is the tendering process. During the Tendering Phase, the pre-qualified proponents will be invited to prepare and to submit stipulated price tenders for this work. The successful proponent will be required to enter into a contract agreement with the Construction Manager based on a modified Ellis Don Stipulated Price Subcontract. The anticipated scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Supply and/or install of all Washroom Accessories, Washroom Compartments, Partitions, Lockers, Wall & Door Protection, & other misc. items pertaining to the eastern towers of PDP3. During construction of this project, there will be several other projects on-going. The Work of this project must be coordinated accordingly between these concurrent projects, while maintaining the required separation of time and space so that the responsibilities associated with "Constructor" remain with the Construction Manager.
