Reference Number 0000346715 The Douglas County Board of Commissioners (Board) is requesting proposals for services of a qualified janitorial service company with verifiable experience to provide janitorial services at Douglas County Board of Commissioners, Courthouse, 8700 Hospital Drive, Douglasville, Georgia 30134. It is the intent of these specifications to describe janitorial. The primary objective in maintaining clean conditions is to provide a safe, healthy, and pleasant learning and working environment. This environment must be maintained in all variations of weather and occupancy. This contract will be a one-year term that may be extended for up to four (4) additional one-year terms. Question Deadline 04/05/2024 at 4:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online Yes. General Requirements - Insurance Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % Bids submitted after the designated date and time will be deemed invalid and returned unopened to the bidder. No bid may be withdrawn within ninety (90) days after the bid opening and all bids shall remain firm during this period.
