Improvements will include reconfiguring the signing, striping and traffic flow. This project will prohibit a left turn exiting the shopping center to maintain the flow of traffic. Contractor must maintain the flow of traffic during intersection improvements 2. Contractor must extend concrete island along Stewart Mill Rd as designed 3. Additional and extension of striping surrounding the updated concrete island as outlined in Exhibit A 4. Installation of an updated crosswalk as designed in Exhibit A 5. Installation of new stop bar 6. Installation of overhead span wire structure with lane directional signs as designed in Exhibit A 7. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and engineering needed to deliver the reconfigured intersection. All Local, County, State, and Federal codes and regulations must be followed. Once a contract is executed between the City of Douglasville and the successful Proposer, the successful Proposer will be required to deliver the services required by this RFP by the members of the proposed project team.
