Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Joliet, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The improvements shall include roadway excavation, the construction of combined curb and gutter, Type B-6.12, P.C.C. driveway aprons, watermain, storm sewer, associated appurtenances and the placement of topsoil and sod. The location of the project improvements are on Bridge Street between Nicholson Street and Center Street The City of Joliet, Illinois, does hereby invite sealed bids for 825 cubic yards roadway excavation, 600 square yards parkway excavation, 325 feet - 12 inch storm sewer, 1315 feet combination concrete curb and gutter type B-6.12, 535 square yards topsoil and sod. It is the responsibility of the potential vendor/contractor to ensure they receive all addenda for this bid. Addenda will be sent for this contract only to those individuals who have signed up for the Construction - Public Works RSS feed and Labor and Services RSS feed. The potential vendor/contractor remains responsible for obtaining all addenda to the original specification. Any addenda to this contract will also be posted on this page. Excavation of the exsting roadway, installation of 8" agg. Base course, b-6.12 curb & gutter, pcc aprons, storm sewer, top soil & sod, and replacement of public sidewalk.
