General Project Information Joliet Junior College is constructing approximately 790 SF addition to the Vet Tech building for expansion of kennel space. This project also includes modifications to the existing kennel areas. There are minor modifications to other areas within the Vet Tech building. The construction of this project will be completed through a general contractor public bid process. For the duration of this document the term "contractor" shall be interpreted to mean the general contractor and/or any subcontractor that falls under him.
