Site work for a civil project in Litchfield, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

No bid may be withdrawn within 60 days after the scheduled closing time of receipt of Bids. The City of Litchfield reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, and to waive irregularities in the Bids. If an award is made it will be made to the lowest, responsive, and responsible bidder. Work is located at Lake Lou Yaeger on Yaeger Lake Trail near Park Road at the wastewater sludge lagoon at the City of Litchfield, Illinois. The work consists of removal of accumulated sludge from this lagoon and transport and disposal of the sludge in accordance with the IEPA Water Pollution Control permit for land application of wastewater treatment plant sludge. Lagoon- approximately 12,000 cubic yards of sludge. Once the lagoon is cleaned out, the berm near the south east corner of the lagoon will need to be breached for a distance of 25 feet so no water may accumulate in this area.
