Contractors are required to PRE-REGISTER THE NAMES OF ALL ATTENDEES via email to Michael Cifrodelli at michael.cifrodelli@treas.nj.gov NO LATER THAN 2:00 PM ON APRIL 15, 2024 if they plan to attend the Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting. Firms failing to pre-register the names of attendees prior to 2:00 PM on April 15, 2024 will not be permitted entry. ALL BIDDERS MUST BE CLASSIFIED WITH DPMC WITH ONE OF THE FOLLOWING TRADES: Single Bid (lump sum all trades) HVACR (C032) CCE: $111,370 If you have any questions about classification, please contact the classification unit by emailing Katie Karr at Katie.Karr@treas.nj.gov, Kyle Hannon at Kyle.Hannon@treas.nj.gov or Suzette Shuffler at Suzette.Shuffler@treas.nj.gov. Bidders must be classified by the Division under N.J.S.A. 52:35-1 et seq. No bidder may withdraw his bid for 60 calendar days after the opening. The State may reject any and all bids. ALL BONDS ARE WAIVED FOR THIS PROJECT. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27.
