The Female Percentage Goal Requirement for This Contract is 6.9% Per Skilled Craft. See entire Construction Documents for full Scope of the Work. The work includes where indicated. 1. Protection of existing roof surfaces surrounding existing rooftop units. Protection will include but not be limited to providing plywood over rigid insulation below stored materials, maintaining designated traffic areas and obtaining inspections of the installed roof system manufacturer before work starts and at the completion of all work. 2. Remove designated lightning protection system 3. Remove and discard roof panel seam covers and end caps from rooftop units. 4. Provide new isocyanurate insulation fill set between roof panel seams set in adhesive with a uniform top layer of 1/2 high density insulation set in adhesive to cover seams. 5. Provide bent-plate galvanized steel closures around all unit perimeters. 6. Install a new fully adhered .060" PVC membrane system to receive the membrane manufacturer's 20-year no-dollar-limit warranty. 7. Provide new gutters to surround all four sides of units with new downspouts to discharge storm water onto the existing roof surface. 8. Install new lightning protection cables and components where they were previously removed.
