Inspect existing roof system and prepare for reroof. Relief cut the existing roof membrane. Replace any wet or damaged roof insulation and decking at a predetermined unit cost. Install a custom, prefabricated Duro-Last Roof system to the entire roof area. Roof membrane is to be 50 mil and white in color. Mechanically fasten the roof membrane per manufacturer's specifications. Secure all perimeter edges with Two Piece Compression Fascia System. Metal is to be 24 gauge and have a kynar finish. Edge metal is to be included in the roof warranty. Flash and seal all roof penetrations per manufacturer's specifications. Provide complete clean up and removal of all job-related debris. Repair or replace any damaged landscaping, sidewalk, and parking lots. Contractor pricing is to include annual inspections and cleanup of debris for first two years of warranty. Provide a 15 year No Dollar Limit manufacturer's warranty covering 100% materials and labor. The warranty shall not exclude consequential damages coverage. Unit pricing requested: Replacement of 1.5" ISO per sq. foot. Replacement of roof deck per sq. foot. Replacement of perimeter Nailer per ln. ft.
