Kraus-Anderson Construction Company has been pre-selected as the Construction Manager/Contractor by the City of Hudson to facilitate the construction of Hudson Public Works Hudson Police Department at 1201 Hanley Rd, Hudson, WI 54016. Cut Off Date for Questions and Interpretations: Wednesday, April 23, 2025 - 2:00 pm local time Police Department: Renovations to include a new apparatus for squad garage and rework to include administrative and support office space. Construction of new interior restrooms and locker rooms along with new training space. Mechanical and electrical modifications will be required as well with a combined area of approximately 42,030 square feet. b. Public Works: Renovations to include equipment bay access, staff support spaces and new exterior salt storage. There will be renovations of the restrooms and locker rooms spaces along with mechanical and electrical upgrades. Site work will include some new paving, lighting/security measures and landscaping with a combined area of approximately 67,136 square feet.
