The City of Hudson has acquired the property at 2101 O'Neil Rd. for the Hudson Public Works Department and desires to hire a construction management firm to assist with design, evaluate construction options, and complete the renovations. With input from the Hudson Public Works Department, the design solutions will meet the needs of the staff and fall within the City's budget. Cedar Corporation, from Menomonie, WI, has been retained to provide A/E design services for the facility. Based on the project scope and anticipated design schedule, we anticipate the project being ready for bid in the summer of 2024 with construction happening thereafter.
