Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Shediac, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The work generally consists of complete reconstruction of approximately 590 lineal metres of Bellevue Heights including supply and installation of watermain including service laterals, renewal of existing fire hydrants and leads, supply and installation of new storm sewers of various diameters, including manholes and catch basins, and laterals, supply and installation of new sanitary sewer of various diameters including manholes and service laterals, full-road restoration, including new granular road structure, asphalt base and seal, curb and gutter, sidewalks, asphalt multi-purpose trail, ditching and construction of an extension of approximately 315 lineal metres of Breaux Bridge including a new roundabout, property restoration and all related work.
